Turn Around Lounge – Post-Plastic Surgery Recovery Services

1. Introduction
Welcome to Turn Around Lounge. By using our post-plastic surgery recovery services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our facilities, accommodations, and services provided during your recovery period.
2. Eligibility & Medical Clearance

Clients must be at least 18 years old.

A licensed healthcare provider must approve the client’s eligibility for post-surgical care at our facility.

Turn Around Lounge does not provide medical procedures. Clients must have undergone surgery by a certified medical professional before arriving at our recovery center.

Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in denial of service.
3. Reservation & Payment

A deposit is required to secure a reservation. The full balance must be paid by the day before scheduled surgery.

In the event of an unforeseen emergency or medical complication, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be considered a one-time exception.*

Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Any additional services requested during the stay must be paid in full before departure.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 10 days in advance.
5. Accommodation & Services

Clients of the private recovery house must abide by the rules.

Accommodations include a private bathroom, fresh linens, toiletries, and chef-prepared meals.

Professional caregivers provide 24/7 assistance, including medication reminders and post-operative care.

Clients must adhere to all house rules, including maintaining a quiet and respectful environment.

Turn Around Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit disruptive behavior.
6. Transportation

Private transportation is available for airport pick-up, clinic visits, and return travel.

Clients must provide flight and appointment details at least 72 hours in advance for scheduling.

Any additional transportation requests may incur extra fees.
7. Liability & Waiver

Turn Around Lounge is not a medical facility and does not provide medical treatments.

Clients acknowledge that they are under the care of their primary surgeon and must follow all post-operative instructions.

Turn Around Lounge is not responsible for any medical complications, adverse reactions, or emergency situations. In case of medical emergencies, clients will be referred to a local hospital.

Clients assume all risks associated with post-surgical recovery and waive any claims against Turn Around Lounge for injuries, illnesses, or unsatisfactory recovery outcomes.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential.

Turn Around Lounge does not share personal details with third parties without consent.

Discretion is a priority, and all staff members adhere to privacy standards.
9. Code of Conduct

Clients must treat staff and fellow guests with respect.

Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited within the facility.

Any damages to property caused by the client will be charged accordingly.

Turn Around Lounge reserves the right to remove clients from the premises if they fail to comply with these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with the legal jurisdiction of Guanajuato, Mexico.
